Each strip contains flexible, spring-like lifting bands. Applied across the bridge of your nose, they gently raise the sides of your nose for as long as the strip is worn.

How to Apply

Clean
Wash and dry your nose to remove oils or makeup.

Place
Position across the bridge of your nose, just above the nostril flare.

Press gently and rub to secure both ends. Breathe deeply.

Apply warm water, loosen the edges, and peel away slowly.

Which color should I pick?
Both lift the same. Beige blends with most skin tones; Clear is near-invisible and ideal for sensitive or dry skin.
How many boxes do I need?
Each box has 30 single-use strips — a month of nightly use. Many customers order two or three boxes to stay stocked.
How long can I wear a strip?
Up to 12 hours. Remove with warm water and discard; strips will not re-adhere once removed.
Will Breathe+ help with sleep apnoea?
No. Breathe+ is not designed to treat sleep apnoea. Seek medical advice if you have or suspect it.
