How to apply

Clean

Wash and dry your nose thoroughly to remove oils or makeup that might prevent proper adhesion.

Place

Remove the backing and position the strip across the bridge of your nose, directly above the flare of your nostrils. Avoid placing it too high or too low.

Press

Press down gently and rub to secure both ends. Breathe deeply — you should feel the lift straight away.

Remove

Loosen the edges carefully and peel away slowly. For comfort, remove while washing your face or showering, using warm water, to minimise irritation.

How it works

Flexible lifting bands gently raise the sides of the nose to support wider airflow

Each strip includes a spring-like band that lifts the sides of the nose gently for improved airflow. When used regularly, Breathe+ strips can help minimise or even eliminate snoring caused by nasal congestion. For best results, apply a new strip each night.

Good to know

  • Each strip is single-use. Once removed, it will no longer adhere properly.
  • Do not wear a strip for more than 12 hours at a time.
  • Small/medium strips fit most users (about 75% of noses). Large strips are intended for adults with wider noses.
  • Clear strips are ideal for sensitive or dry skin.
  • The product can be safely used alongside most other medications.
  • Keep in the original packaging, below 30°C (86°F). Do not use after the expiry date or if the pack is damaged.

Safety information

Do not use if you are allergic to any component of the strip, or if you have been diagnosed with sleep apnoea — these strips are not designed to treat that condition. If you suspect sleep apnoea, seek medical advice before use.

  • For external use only. Do not use on sunburned, irritated or broken skin.
  • Discontinue use if redness, rash or irritation occurs.
  • Keep out of the reach of children. Not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
  • If uncertain about use, consult a healthcare professional.

Some users may experience minor skin reactions at the application site such as redness, soreness, flaking or mild swelling. If you experience a serious reaction, report it to the manufacturer and to your regulator: Ireland — Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA); United Kingdom — Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
